A deposit is required for one-hour services: Korean Lash Lifts and all facials. Your deposit details will be confirmed when you book.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for brow or waxing services, and 48 hours for lash lift or facial appointments. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the service; no-shows are charged in full. See the Book page for the full policy.

Yes, please discontinue retinol products 5–7 days before any brow shaping or waxing appointment to avoid skin sensitivity.
It's glue-free and uses a gentler cysteamine solution instead of harsh TGA solutions, keeping lashes strong and healthy while still delivering a soft, lifted curl.
Yes, Korean Lash Lifts and all facials require a deposit at booking. Deposit details are confirmed when you schedule.

A deposit is required when booking Korean Lash Lift and facial appointments (all 1-hour services). Deposit amount is confirmed at checkout.
24 hrs' notice for brow/wax, 48 hrs for lash lift/facial. Late cancels are 50% of service; no-shows are charged in full.
I understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for brow or waxing services, and at least 48 hours' notice for lash lift or facial services. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in a 50% service fee; for lash lift and facial appointments, the required deposit will be forfeited in place of the 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or no-calls will result in a 100% charge for the missed appointment. This policy allows me to offer your reserved time to another client and helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and the time of other clients.
